When Nick isn’t showing homes or helping clients, you’ll find him skiing, playing disc golf, riding his mountain bike or spending time with his wife, two kids and pup, Ernie. Despite facing challenges like a life-threatening motorcycle accident in his 30s, Nick’s resilience and positive outlook have only made him more determined to live life to the fullest—and to help his clients do the same.

With a history of community involvement as the Sewer Commissioner of Des Moines and an extensive background in construction and sales, Nick brings a unique blend of skills and knowledge to his real estate practice. At 50, he’s not only experienced, but still pushing boundaries—whether it’s in real estate or building a custom chopper in his garage.
